  • We will ensure that staff are available at all times to provide help and advice and assist customers when required.
  • We will ensure the centre is well presented and suitably prepared as agreed with the client.
  • We will ensure the centre and its facilities are clean and well maintained and checked regularly for cleanliness and provisions.
  • We aim to provide good value for money and an excellent, ‘memorable’ experience for all our customer.
  • We at the LRC operate a policy of continuous improvement and welcome customer feedback and comments so that we can further improve our service to you.

Our conference and team building exercise went very well indeed. Thank you again for arranging the venue to our requirements. Nothing was too much trouble! We will certainly book again for our next meeting.
